I'm seated in my Grand ma's living room with the pram right in front of me. I swear, Shreyaan's the cutest thing alive.
We just had a pretty hilarious conversation amongst cousins- one about love letters, lovers and the likes.
When I used think about love letters in the past, they were never pieces of paper that could make me shy away. Mostly because I'm a self-affirming person and definitely not the submissive kind of female being.
I felt damn small in front of his perfectly well-crafted manuscript! I envied his handwriting. I just did.
I do acknowledge that he invested a lot of his emotions into the writing. He also had a really good manipulation over the way he expressed himself. And his language wowed me.
It's 4 30 and everyone's pretty much awake.

But those letters we read last night- did they make me shy?!!.... .
Essentially and primarily, more ashamed than shy because the boy actually had a way cleaner, neater and prettier handwriting than I. It was not even comparable to mine which consists of half-formed alphabets that literally end up in straight lines or spiky symbols.
I felt damn small in front of his perfectly well-crafted manuscript! I envied his handwriting. I just did.
But then the letter was painstakingly unoriginal... That somehow compensated for my shame/shy story...:$
I do acknowledge that he invested a lot of his emotions into the writing. He also had a really good manipulation over the way he expressed himself. And his language wowed me.
But still, the 'fragranced' letters looked just like those stereotyped poems taken up from the net. Worst thing: it was filled with the same words repeatedly- 'Baby, sweetheart, honey!'
I'm not sure if I should write an article on the How Tos of writing a love letter for I believe it is the purest and most natural process of expression as the feelings are, just there. It is an intimate and very personal thing.
And then most probably, my taste of expression and emoting has a lot to do with the antique, the flowery languages of soul-like talks. I definitely I'm not a typical teenage lover. I'm more than necessarily inclined towards the medieval courtships. Yes, I am an old romantic at heart.
And I'm not the sole person of this kind in this entire entire universe, Thank God for this. :)
It's just that I had rather receive something mature and intense than the same usual junk everyone forwards to everyone!
