Creation- An Unsolved Mystery.

Since eons, many civilisations have associated the world's creation to its own system of belief principally ignited by sacred scriptures of religion for most of them. As the untrammeled soul of children, many of us have wondered why things happen the way they do. And time and again, an instinct older than civilisation had always immediately seemed to make us think that each and everyone of us was being manipulated like little to figures by some divine and imperial being who created the Universe. On the tinted pages of time and history, many have claimed to have deciphered the enigma. But in this modern era of democracy, one would consider a kaleidoscope of perceptions pertaining to this one single- if not, oldest Unsolved Mystery. Every society has its own tale about the creation of the world and the beginning of mankind. According to Chinese mythology, Pangu who was confined in the dark universe, woke up and swung his giant axe to separate the ruling chaos into the sky a

Men -Gender equality is your issue too. (Cont.)

''W e don’t often talk about men being imprisoned by gender stereotypes, but I can see that they are and that when they are free, things will change for women as a natural consequence. If men don’t have to be aggressive in order to be accepted, women won’t feel compelled to be submissive. If men don’t have to control, women won’t have to be controlled .. Both men and women should feel free to be sensitive. Both men and women should feel free to be strong. It is time that we all perceive gender on a spectrum – not as two opposing sets of ideals. .. If we stop defining each other by what we are not and start defining ourselves by what we are, we can all be freer and this is what HeForShe is about. It’s about freedom. '' And I'm all with Emma Watson in this and I feel extend happy that she's used her image to bring out such a core sociological point! Some have to prove themselves in spheres like driving a lorry, being a postman, military soldier, business tycoon

Men -Gender equality is your issue too.

“Because to date, I’ve seen my father’s role as a parent being valued less by society despite my needing his presence as a child as much as my mother’s. ''  Emma Watson UN Women Goodwill Ambassador  , HeForShe UN Convention. That got me thinking, again about how male rights are being violated everywhere across the globe! I mean- I can totally relate to the above words for during my period of growth I have needed my dad as much as I have needed my mom. It was not my mom alone who's been entirely responsible for bringing me up and nurturing me. And no, I'm not talking about the monthly remuneration that powers the financial liability I am.  I'm here talking about those small instances where I have needed my dad to cajole me into smiling and forget about the good spanking I got from my mom. I'm here remembering these times where my dad used to change my diapers- something he didn't even do for my younger brother. I'm here reminiscing abou

Clicking, Shelfing.

Statuses have become a prized jewel today. Oh! I to do this and that and click photos of me doing this and that or pose like this and that because guess what? I need to update my status.  Human activity; their participation in events and their constantly on-the-run-attitude and fast-paced lives define their Beingness today in the eyes of others. In other words, their status updates, new selfies, comments and likes define their level of social activity slash trendiness slash their "IN-ity". From where I'm actually sitting, I have three 12-year old girls DISCUSSING- like really enthusiastically talking  about who's got the best status. To my left two 15 year olds talking about the picture of God-knows-which mate and to my right is this one girl tucked away in her own eyes! I have come to notice that we do things only to show to others (also masqueraded as "sharing").. ________ _The "Click!" Story___________________________ "

YES!I am a Woman.I have breasts AND a cleavage! You got a problem!!?? 12:35 PM - 14 Sep 2014 Dont talk about Woman's Empowerment when YOU don't know how to RESPECT Women! 12:36 PM - 14 Sep 2014 This is Deepika's response and, as she writes, her final take on the episode. We reproduce  her post  as it was written on her Facebook page: '' There is only ONE sign that a woman wants to have sex and that is that she says “YES”. The reason I write the above line is because we all know that in India we are so desperately trying to make a change in the way sections of our society think in order to move towards a happier world devoid of inequality, rape, fear and pain. I am not naive about my own profession; it is one that requires lots of demanding things of me. A character may demand that I be clothed from head to toe or be completely naked, and it will be my choice as an actor whether or not I take either. Understand that this is a ROLE an
